Small Parcels
The delivery of small parcels is carried out by Canada Post from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. When the recipient is not available to receive a package, the driver leaves a notice and makes another delivery attempt in the case of a residential address. In some regions, the driver may leave a notice to pick up your parcels directly at the Post Office. If for some reason Canada Post cannot deliver your package, your package will be returned to us with a written explanation.
For convenience purposes, you may choose to have your package delivered to your place of work, we ask that you provide your billing address (home address) as well as the business address on your order. Don’t forget to indicate the name of the company as well as your name to facilitate the delivery.
Delivery for New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Quebec is 1 to 2 business days, 4 to 5 business days for New Foundland and Western Canada. Please take not that it may take longer for rural or remote areas. Bad weather may delay delivery.
Order processing and delivery times are estimates, they are not guaranteed.
Upon receipt of the goods, please check carefully. You will need to sign proof of delivery. Please indicate any damage to the merchandise or packaging on the acknowledgment of receipt. If you refuse delivery due to damage, please indicate “Delivery refused due to damage” on the acknowledgment.

Oversized Items
Pool tables, game tables, bars, furniture and any other bulky items are shipped by common carrier and will be delivered to the address indicated on the invoice , signature required. The carrier will contact you to fix the delivery time.
Does not include unboxing or assembly.

A full delivery and installation service by professional technicians is available. If this is the case, contact Lee Bellefleur at 506 739-7459 and he will refer you to a local technician for the installation of your pool table, game table or bar.
