Return policy of goods
The Billiard Depot Inc. offers a 15 day “refund / exchange / return” policy on all unopened or unused products, and returned in new condition for resale. Customers must present the original sales receipt for all returns and exchanges.
List of specific conditions related to certain products:
1) Any refund will be credited according to the original method of payment.
2) All refunds for purchases by check, or in cash ($ 50.00 and +) will be made by means of a check issued by the Owner/President of The Billiard Depot Inc. and mailed within 14 working days following the return.
3) When returning an item for damage or defect, we will refund the price of the item at the time of purchase, applicable sales taxes and freight charges.
4) For merchandise purchased online; please contact Lee Bellefleur at 506-739-7459 or by email to leebelle@nbnet.nb.ca to notify us of your intention to return merchandise, please note the reasons why and include your invoice number. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods except in the case of defective products or not in conformity with the order. A credit will be given after receipt of the goods.

5) On the following items, a 20% restocking fee will be required:
- PACHISLO slot machines
- New and reconditioned Pinball type games
- All other products requiring installation
6) Any return of merchandise is subject to approval by The Billiard Depot Inc.
7) The Billiard Depot Inc. reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange under certain conditions.
8) No refund will be granted on the following items:
- Gift cards
- Delivery and installation costs
- Any special and personalized order
